First of all, you should make sure she is interested in you or not. You wouldn’t want to get hurt. But most girls prefer having a guy tell them in person. Try getting them alone to just talk and hang out. Try to keep the conversation going and just tell her in the end.
Or, if you’d like something a little more, play a little game with her. For example, Truth or Dare or 20 Questions. Sometime during the game, a “Who do you like?” will come up.
