24. is this cheating .. your ex’s family invites you to a wedding reception and you accept because you guys are friends, so your in a relationship also and you told your partner about it that your going to a wedding reception with a friend .. also, after the wedding reception, it was after 3am, and your friends mother said for you to stay over because it was too late for her to drive far, so you stayed over for the night but also slept in the parents room. in the morning, the family decided to watch a film than drive you home after and you agreed, but the whole time your ex put his arm around you … in my head i believe it can be cheating and i feel i should be honest with my partner but im not too sure?? im scared, i need helppp pleaseeeeee
Well, right then & there, did you have feelings for him? If it is, it’s called mental cheating. But it’s not really cheating because you guys didn’t really connect romantically or anything. Sometimes, when things gets awkward, & you dont know what to do, you just let it happen. You didn’t do anything with him, so you’re Good. & you should tell your partner, i mean, relationship is all about trusts & honesty, so tell him/her the truth, they should be able to understand it.
